Copyright and Notice-and-Takedown Procedure
Basic principle
FlowLingua is a platform on which users can upload and share their own content. The respective users are solely responsible for this content. The operator does not systematically review content for legal infringements.
Limitation of liability
As soon as the operator becomes aware of a specific legal infringement, it is obliged to remove the relevant content without undue delay (Section 10 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG)).
Reporting copyright infringements
If you believe that content publicly accessible on FlowLingua infringes your rights, you can send us a notice.

Required information in a notice
Your notice must contain the following information:
- Your full name and contact details
- Precise specification of the content concerned (content ID or title, if applicable a YouTube URL)
- Specification of the protected work or right that is being infringed
- Plausible demonstration of your authorization (e.g. author, rights holder, authorized representative)
- Assurance that the information provided is truthful
Procedure
After receipt of a complete notice, we review the allegation. If it is justified, we remove the content concerned without undue delay. The affected user is informed and has the opportunity to respond.
Counter-notice
If the notice is unjustified, the affected user may submit a counter-notice. We review it and decide whether the content is restored.
Note
Knowingly false notices may have civil and criminal consequences for the sender.
